Terms of Trade

These terms apply to all quotations, samples and orders placed with Yiwu Jiehui Lighting Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on EXW / FOB terms unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude taxes, duties and destination charges.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed with a Proforma Invoice. Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for large orders.

3. Lead Time

Standard products ship within 15-20 days after deposit; custom or OEM orders within 20-35 days. Lead times are confirmed on the PI.

4. Quality & Warranty

All goods pass 100% inspection before packing. Products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects; replacements or spare parts are supplied free of charge.

5. Shipping

We ship from Ningbo, Yiwu and Guangzhou under FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Bill of Lading is issued within 3 days of departure.
